Ipswich High School takes great pleasure in welcoming private groups, companies, and charities interested in using our range of facilities. Our 87-acre campus offers beautiful views and convenient parking.
Sports Facilities & Outdoor Spaces
We are a suitable venue for both indoor and outdoor sports activities. Our facilities include Astro Turf Pitches, Netball Courts, Tennis Courts, a Sports Hall, a 25m indoor heated swimming pool, and a professional Dance Studio. This makes our facilities perfect for Swimming Clubs, Football, Rugby, Netball, Hockey, Tennis, Cross Country Running, Cricket, Martial Arts, Fitness, and Dance Companies.
The Hayworth Theatre
The Hayworth Theatre is set within the grounds of Ipswich High School. Our theatre offers a large professional studio stage. This fantastic space is ideal for showcases, theatre productions, rehearsal spaces, conferences, lectures or seminars. The seating is tiered to provide optimal viewing of the stage and can seat up to 450 people. The Hayworth is popular with those who require the facilities of a professional theatre and is attached to our sports hall which can also be hired and used as a backstage area.

Woolverstone Hall is a magnificent Grade I listed mansion set within 87 acres of Suffolk parkland on the banks of the River Orwell, just five miles outside of Ipswich. With a rich history, stunning river views and spectacular architecture, Woolverstone Hall is a unique and beautiful setting made exclusively yours for the most amazing wedding day.
